- All room bookings must be made through a group contract to qualify for this offer and with an all-inclusive rate (complimentary package when booking a minimum of 10 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights at any Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts hotel or TRS Hotels in America)
- GROUP CONTRACT REQUIRED (individual reservations do not apply)
- This collection includes a service for up to 25 people -Wedding couple included in the number of attendees
- Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package (up to 40 people including the couple)
- Children over 13 years of age count as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult cost, children under 3 years old free
- Ceremony officiant is not included in the package, will have an additional cost
- Small bouquet of white roses included in this package (additional color at extra cost)
- Floral decoration for ceremony location is not included
- Beach location has a setup fee, ask our wedding team for more information
- Restaurant for reception (non-private, restrictions apply. Ask your wedding coordinator for more information)
- Semi-private wedding reception at Restaurant for reception (not private, restrictions apply). Semi-private dinner, maximum 20 people in assigned a la carte restaurant, 21-40 people in Hotel Buffet Restaurant
- For wedding groups of more than 40 people, a private wedding dinner is required. An additional fee applies. Availability upon request

- The wedding package is not available on weekends (Friday to Sunday)
- Premium schedules are not available on weekends and an additional cost applies
- The Palladium Sound Equipment includes: 1 speaker with microphone and 3.55MM 55MM auxiliary cable
- If your group exceeds the number of people included, another collection must be purchased
- If the wedding group size rooms are not met by the time of the wedding, another wedding package must be selected, or a penalty fee applies
- Complimentary wedding package may not be available during all dates and times at the discretion of the resort
- Free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages
- Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer

- To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the Resort
- To organize a Wedding at Palladium Hotel Group the Purchase of a Wedding Collection is required
- Wedding party guests not staying at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass
- Wedding date and rooms are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the resort before purchasing the package. Once the wedding is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without paying a cancellation penalty
- The wedding package does not include a stay at the hotel - this is quoted separately
