Wedding organization and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator

- Prices and package inclusions subject to change without notice
- The Beyond Memorable Promotion is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date at participating resorts
- This package is only available for purchase by groups with a minimum of 50 guests and 75 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $7,500 USD) or a minimum of 80 guests and 120 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $11,999
- Wedding date and room availability must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchasing the package
- Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer
- This package is not combinable with the Save Your Date or Groups Savings for Every Season and Groups Savings that Clique. This package is from 50 to 79 or 80 to100 guests and additional guests can be added for an additional cost (varies by resort) Upgrades, customization and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator
- Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within six months to the date of the wedding without a fee
- Upgrades are based on availability and check in upon arrival at the hotel. Select resorts may offer plated menus rather than buffet option
