Policies
- All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability and double occupancy only.
- A minimum 80% of your guest staying at the resort is required. In case of offsite guests want to attend a wedding, apply a wedding day pass fee to have access to the wedding events. Important to inform to the wedding coordinator.
- For Wedding in Paradise package, The gratutity of the complimentary wedding package will be applied upon the wedding couple arrival, if they meet with the requirements.
- Prices and package inclusions are subject to change without notice. Please confirm all pricing with the resort wedding coordinator.
- This package cannot be combined with the Honeymoon Package for both to be received complimentary and the free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages.
- Discounts on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- Restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with other group programs.
- For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring the penalty. The cancellation fee is $250 USD.
- Additional guests can be added for an additional cost.
- All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer.
- Upgrades, customizations, and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator. Please confirm all pricing with the resort wedding coordinator.
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
- Additional fees may apply for legal or special ceremonies. These fees will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator.
- Deposit will be applied towards any upgrades that the couple adds on to this package. If the couple does not purchase any additional amenities for the wedding itself, this credit may be applied to the room charges upon check out (phone charges, spa treatments, logo shop purchases, etc.) If this credit is not used in full, any remaining balance will not be refunded.
- Outdoor events are allowed until 11:00pm.
