About Vivid Eternal Love – Hyatt Vivid Grand Island

Eternal Love is a great destination wedding package that includes up to 20 people. More people can be added at a per-person cost. It offers a semi-private rehearsal dinner for 10 people, a 1-hour cocktail hour, and a private wedding reception with dinner and an open bar. Also, 50 photos and an edited video of the ceremony.

Hyatt resorts are located in some of the most picturesque settings in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and various Caribbean islands. They are renowned for their prime wedding locations, each offering a unique blend of tropical charm and sophisticated elegance.

What is included?

Pre-Wedding
Semi-private rehearsal dinner for ten people.
Preparation and ironin.g of the couple’s wedding day attire
Wedding organization and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator.
Ceremony
Service of judge or minister* (Inclusive of 20 guests).
Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple.
Two boutonnieres and two corsages for wedding party.
Sound system with 1 speaker and 1 microphone.
Ceremony décor - 20 white Avant Garde chairs, ceremonial table.
Cocktail Hour
Private cocktail hour (up to 20 guests).
Live music (1 set, during cocktail hour).
Reception
Wedding cake and sparkling wine toast for up to 20 guests.
Private dinner reception (up to 20 guests).
One natural floral centerpiece for the sweetheart table.

Post-Wedding
Special turn-down service the night of the wedding.
Late check-out for the couple (based on availability and upon request until 3:00 PM).

15% Discount on all spa treatments (boutique purchases not included) .
Newlywed Package including: Welcome letter, fresh fruit, bottle of sparkling wine, and breakfast in bed with mimosas (reservations must be made in advance with the concierge).
30 full color printed photos (not digital) taken during the ceremony.
Choice of one couple’s spa treatment (options to be provided by the resort).
Free Anniversary Nights (stay a minimum of 5 paid nights over first anniversary date and receive 2 additional nights free or stay 4 paid nights over first anniversary date and receive 1 additional night free).

Policies

  • All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Additional days of the week may be offered for the ceremony.
  • This package is based on double occupancy and is subject to availability.
  • Prices and package inclusions are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional costs may apply for additional guests and optional services requested.
  • The 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotions or offer.
  • Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. The cancellation fee is $500.
  • Additional fee may apply for service of judge, minister and various inclusions. These fees vary by resort and will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator.
  • Additional fee may apply for the rehearsal dinner after 10 people.
  • The legal wedding has an additional charge and requires apostille and translation of the wedding certificate to be valid outside of Mexico. These services are not provided by the hotel.
  • A USD 1,000 fee is charged for each third-party vendor. The USD 1,000 fee will apply per service. This fee covers one (1) person for one (1) day. Additional persons that work for vendors, or access on additional days will be charged a day pass fee. A day pass must be purchased if the vendor will eat at the event.
  • Upgrades, customizations, and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator. Please confirm all pricing with the resort wedding coordinator.
  • Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
