Policies

• The price of this collection includes up to 50 people – Wedding couple included in the number of attendees.
• Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package (maximum 90 people).
• Children over 13 years of age count as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult cost, children under 3 years old free.
• Includes a symbolic ceremony (non-denominational minister). Any other ceremony not mentioned will incur an additional cost.
• Private event does not include premium locations or beach- consult with your coordinator for more information.
• The location of the ceremony includes Beach, Chapel, Gazebo or Garden (locations may vary according to the hotel of your choice).
• Outdoor venues may incur additional costs depending on the location chosen. - Please contact your coordinator for more information).
• Floral decoration of the ceremony location includes: 02 medallions in seasonal tropical tones (additional color incurs an extra cost).
• Ceremony decorations are exclusive to the ceremony and cannot be transferred to other event (s).
• Bridal bouquet is included and includes a maximum of two colors (additional color at extra cost).
• The Palladium sound equipment includes: 1 speaker with microphone and 3.55 mm auxiliary cable, audio technician for the ceremony.
• Price includes taxes and service charge, the price cannot be modified, prices and services may be subject to change without notice.
• The wedding cocktail is in an assigned location, same location as the banquet - continuous schedules. It’s not applicable as private reception overtime.
• The lighting is the basic one of the Hotel (02 reflectors); Bistro lights or other additional decoration incurs extra cost.
• Table service / exclusive plating in ballroom (conference room) or venue with kitchen. Subject to availability and extra cost in another location - locations may vary depending on the hotel of your choice.
• For outdoor venues, the menu is subject to change by Buffet Palladium Weddings (check with your coordinator for details - priced separately).
• Audio equipment at reception is maximum 3 hours – additional hours are allowed. The price may vary depending on the location chosen and the setup required.
• The audiovisual equipment is not compatible with the DJ equipment (priced separately).
• Non-floral centerpiece included for the wedding banquet (maximum 05 pieces) - a discretion of the hotel.
• Additional centerpiece or floral for the reception is quoted separately.
• Event extra hours will have an additional cost.
• Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
• This package cannot be combined with "CRAZY IN LOVE" (free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages).
• Price includes taxes and service charge, The price cannot be modified, prices and services may be subject to change without notice.
• To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the Resort.
• To organize a Wedding at Palladium Hotel Group the Purchase of a Wedding Collection is required.
• Wedding party guests not staying at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
• Wedding date and rooms are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the resort before purchasing the package. Once the wedding is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without paying a cancellation penalty.
• The wedding package does not include a stay at the hotel - this is quoted separately.
