Policies

• The price of this collection includes up to 50 people – Wedding couple included in the number of attendees.
• Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package.
• Children over 13 years old are considered as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old 50% adult cost, children under 3 years free.
• Includes a symbolic ceremony (non-denominational minister). Any other ceremony not mentioned will incur an additional cost.
• Private events do not include premium locations or beach- consult with your coordinator for more information.
• The location of the ceremony includes Beach, Chapel, Gazebo or Garden (locations may vary according to the hotel of your choice).
• Outdoor venues may incur additional costs depending on the location chosen. - Please contact your coordinator for more information.
• Floral decoration of the ceremony location includes: 02 medallions in seasonal tropical tones (additional color incurs an extra cost).
• Bridal bouquet is included and includes a maximum of two colors (additional color at extra cost).
• The Palladium sound equipment includes: 1 speaker with a microphone and 3.55 mm auxiliary cable.
• The wedding cocktail is in an assigned location, same location as the banquet - continuous schedule. It’s not applicable as private reception overtime.
• Plated menú available in ballroom only and restrictions in regards the number of people may vary as per destination.
• Reception events held on terraces or beaches only buffets are available.
• Event extra hours will be an additional cost.
• Massages included are exclusive to the bridal couple at Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness during the wedding stay and are not transferable or exchangeable for other services or cash value.
• Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
• Price includes taxes and service charges.
• Prices and services may be subject to change without notice.
• Collections of Weddings are only valid for guests of Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and TRS Hotels
• To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the Resort.
• Wedding party guests who do not stay at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
• The wedding package does not include a stay at the hotel - this is quoted separately.
• Some of the elements included in the image are illustrative of the collection and can be added at an additional cost.
• Promotion valid for all hotels in America.
• To qualify for a complimentary honeymoon or return stay, a minimum of 70 room nights is required.
• Couples can spend two nights free of charge to celebrate their anniversary.
• Free anniversary stays are valid for a future stay and can be used continuously but not simultaneously.
• Not applicable during the wedding stay.
• The anniversary stay must be held in the same resort where the couple got married, in a standard Room.
• To receive the honeymoon certificate, a marriage certificate must be presented. The honeymoon certificate is valid for one year and is only available to the couple for travel and booking purposes.
• The return stay must be booked through the wedding coordinator.
• To be eligible for this offer, all rooms must be booked through a group contract with an all-inclusive rate, and at least 80% of the group must stay at the resort.
• There are restricted dates that apply (from December 16 to January 4, the week leading up to Easter, and public holidays).
• We reserve the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.
• Additional restrictions may apply, and confirmation of the stay is subject to availability (limited number per month).
