Policies

  • A minimum of 25 rooms for 4 nights is required to host a wedding and access group rates during January, February, March, April, May, and November.
  • A minimum of 25 rooms for 3 nights is required to host a wedding and access group rates during June, July, August, September, October, and December.
  • Blackout Dates: No weddings may be held during Easter, Christmas, or New Year’s periods.
  • Children under 16 are not permitted at events or on property. No exceptions.
  • All wedding guests must stay on-site. Rooms must be booked through a Room Block Contract.
  • Use of preferred/in-house vendors is mandatory for all wedding-related services and enhancements.
  • In the event of inclement weather, the hotel reserves the right to relocate any event indoors, at its sole discretion. Backup venues will be selected based on attendance and availability.
  • Private Wedding Activities: Each activity has a minimum and maximum capacity. Choose one: Guacamole & Ceviche Class, Stretching Class, Arts & Crafts, Paint & Wine, Piñata Making, Margarita Class, Latin Sounds, or Sunrise/Sunset Beach Session.
  • Outdoor events must conclude by 11:00 PM.
  • A minimum of 50 guests is required to host a wedding at ATELIER Playa Mujeres.
  • Venues are confirmed only after Room Block & Wedding Event Contracts are signed and first payment is received.
  • Wedding Suite: Minimum rental of 3 hours, maximum capacity of 8 guests, includes catering services with hot & cold appetizers, soft drinks, and sparkling wine.
  • San José Chapel: An additional rental fee applies, decor is not included, and only Catholic ceremonies are permitted.
  • El Cielo: An additional venue fee applies, except when choosing Timeless Edition, and décor is not included. Subject to availability.
  • Suspiro North: A minimum of 70 guests is required, and it is suitable for events starting after 7:00 PM.
