Reception

Policies
- This package is only available for groups with all-inclusive hotel reservations, and a minimum of 20 hotel room nights is required (e.g. 5 rooms x 4 nights).
- This package is recommended for a maximum of 30 guests since the maximum number of people that can be confirmed for dinner at our participating restaurants is 30.
- The ceremony and cocktail hour must take place at the same venue. If couples have selected the chapel at Pueblo Bonito Sunset, the cocktail hour will take place in the Chapel Courtyard.
- The following venues are not available with this package (no exceptions): Sky Pool, Ocean Breeze Deck, Swan Terrace.
- For more than 30 guests, a private dinner should be confirmed (same location as the cocktail hour). Please note private dinners will carry an extra surcharge of $49 USD per person for all-inclusive guests. Event duration is 3 hours total (cocktail and dinner).
- If dinner service in restaurants is extended for more than 2 hours, an additional surcharge per person will apply for all-Inclusive guests, for external guests or guests without all-inclusive plan. For private events, please check availability and prices to extend service with your coordinator.
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location.
- The items and services listed are not interchangeable for other inclusions; no cash refunds or credits apply for unused items/services
- Packages include the services of a minister or priest (symbolic ceremony). Legal ceremonies are available with a surcharge.
- A Catholic priest will expect an additional contribution for their church, provided directly to the Church in cash ($100 USD recommended).
- Group rates are not combinable with other discounts or offers, such as spa or golf discounts.
