Professional, comprehensive services of our on-site wedding coordinator (from pre-planning to on-site coordination during the wedding)

Ceremony
Location fee for wedding ceremony, including: ocean view terraces, beach area, meadows (chapel also available at Pueblo Bonito Sunset)
Ceremony set-up, including beach preparation, existing chairs, covers and ties
Bamboo canopy with white fabric (design of your choice, flowers quoted separately)
Bride's fresh hand-tied bouquet with seasonal flowers and matching boutonniere
Services of a minister to conduct a symbolic ceremony (legal ceremonies available with applicable surcharges)
Live music during ceremony (soloist: guitar, flute, harp)
Cocktail Hour
Private location (including any oceanfront venues) for cocktail hour
Cocktail hour set-up with high tables, and full banquet set-up with round tables, white linens, chairs with white covers, china, glassware and silverware
Cocktail hour with butler-passed hot and cold hors d’oeuvres (3 pieces per person)

Policies
- The package is only available for groups with all-inclusive hotel reservations, and a minimum of 30 hotel room nights is required (or 10 rooms x 3 nights).
- Wedding package price does not include hotel accommodations.
- Your reception can be extended with an applicable surcharge in certain locations. For events at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Hotel Beach and Pueblo Bonito Sunset Hotel Beach and Skypool, events can be extended until 1 am.
- A maximum of 2 venues are allowed considering ceremony and cocktail reception.
- With this package, any available venue can be selected for ceremony, cocktail and reception.
- At the Sky Pool Upper Terrace at PB Sunset, a minimum consumption 80 adults is required.
- If your dinner takes place on the sand, an additional fee of $10 USD per person will apply.
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location
- The items and services listed are not interchangeable for other inclusions; no cash refunds or credits apply for unused items/services.
- Packages include the services of a minister or priest (symbolic ceremony). Legal ceremonies are available with a surcharge.
- A Catholic priest will expect an additional contribution for their church, provided directly to the Church in cash ($100 USD recommended).
- Group rates are not combinable with other discounts or offers, such as spa or golf discounts.
- Prices subject to change without previous notice. The hotel can only honor the promo prices if the contract is received before the promo expires.
