Policies
- This is an add-on package on top of the selected wedding package.
- Sky Terrace at Royalton Hideaway can accommodate up to 70 people, and the Sky Terrace at Royalton can accommodate up to 90 people.
- Sky Terrace is accessible via elevator, complete with private washrooms.
- Event must be hosted on the wedding day, it cannot be used for another event.
- Items not used in our packages cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Location availability subject to resort programming.
- A $1,050 USD vendor fee applies if you wish to bring your own Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, DL, Audio Visual, Entertainment, Photographer, or Videographer. This fee covers up to 2 vendor employees.
- A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold your wedding date with us. This $500 USD per day of event deposit is used towards your final payment and package selection.
- Full payment of your selected wedding package price (Refined or Exclusive) is due 85 days before your final payment deadline. The remaining/full balance (regardless of package type selected) is due in full 55 days prior to the event for all event services. Orders cannot be placed with vendors until full payment is made.
- The only accepted forms of payment are Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Please note that Visa-Debit cards are not accepted.
- Weddings cancelled 44-31 days prior to the first event date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($500 USD) plus 50% of the total cost of your contracted function.
- Weddings cancelled 30-8 days prior to the first event date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($500 USD) plus 75% of the total cost of your contracted function.
- Weddings cancelled 7-0 days prior to the first event date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($500 USD) plus 100% of the total cost of your contracted function.
- If you choose to make changes to your wedding plans upon arrival to destination, please note that additional charges may apply, as vendors will have already been contracted and prepared based on your original arrangements made.
- Cancellations made in destination are 100% non-refundable, regardless of the service or reason.
- If your group wishes to change or reduce any services after the final payment deadline, Royalton Weddings is not obligated to issue any refunds or credits for unused goods or services. Any updates or changes must be communicated directly to your on-site coordinator after your arrival.
