Policies
- 10% discount on packages for AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, and OCTOBER.
- Booking your wedding at our resort requires a minimum of 60 days advance notice, regardless of the wedding size.
- Package prices are subject to change.
- Please be aware that certain restrictions may apply when combining the complimentary wedding package inclusions with group program inclusions.
- While a discount on spa treatments is available, it cannot be applied to a spa package or combined with other spa promotions.
- Once your wedding is confirmed, any cancellation within six months of wedding date will incur a penalty of 50% of total wedding invoice and cancellation within seven days of the wedding date is subject to a full penalty of Wedding Packages and all Upgrades.
- Additional fees may apply for the service of a Judge, Minister, and/or legal applications.
- The number of guests includes the Bride and Groom with prices subject to change.
- Package inclusions have no cash value and any unused items and/or services of the Wedding Package are not refundable, or exchangeable for other items/services.
- Items and/or services are not interchangeable or transferable and substitutions are not permitted.
- Complimentary Packages are not redeemable for cash or credit; neither are they interchangeable or transferable.
- Any upgrades to the features offered under the Wedding Package shall be subject to additional charges.
- First non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to confirm the wedding. An additional 50% deposit is required 120 days prior to the wedding. A Final Payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
