About Private Reception Party (Custom) – Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres
If you decide to have a non-private dinner in one of the restaurants (included in the basic wedding package), we suggest you add a private reception following dinner. You can rent one of their locations for a fee and add your choice of drink package to create the perfect reception based on your needs. It´s a great way to thank your guests for joining you on this special occasion!

Policies
- Prices and package subject to change without notice.
- Upgrades subject to availability.
- In case you would like to extend your event, there is a cost of $15.00 per person per additional hour (Colonial/Elegance/Mirage).
- Please note that private receptions & private reception following dinners in all open air locations must end by 11:00 p.m, except for the Ballroom where you can extend it past 11:00 p.m.
- Additional set fee applies of $225.00 for use of the location, plus cost of the open bar per person per hour (maximum number of guests will be reflected below next to each location).
- Non Private Wedding Dinner is available in a section of one of our restaurants, with a set menu for your group at no additional cost for up to 60 guests.
- All dinner options (private or non private) are available to start from 6:30 p.m.
- To ensure the comfort of all guests we must maintain consistent programming of musical entertainment in our restaurants. As a result, our restaurant/wedding staff is unable to accommodate requests to change/delete or lower the volume of our regularly scheduled music programs during wedding events or dinner receptions.
- Restaurant availability is subject to the discretion of the resort and group size.
- Please note that no modifications are allowed to the set menu.
- A supplement of $10.00 per person will be charged for groups of more than 60 guests (from guests 61 and up) including kids. For more flexibility and options, please consider a private event.
- If you would like to hire the services of an external company, a fee of $1000.00 per vendor per service will apply, plus $90.00 per person (notify your wedding coordinator the name of the company as some restrictions may apply).
