Policies
- The price of this collection includes a service for up to 25 people -Wedding couple included in the number of attendees.
- Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package (maximum 40 people).
- Children over 13 years of age count as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult cost, children under 3 years old free.
- Includes a symbolic ceremony (non-denominational minister). Any other ceremony not mentioned will incur an additional cost.
- Holding the ceremony at the beach carries a set-up fee. Please talk to our wedding team for more information.
- Ceremony decorations are exclusive to the ceremony and cannot be transferred to other event (s).
- Semi-private wedding reception at Restaurant for reception (not private, restrictions apply). Semi-private dinner, maximum 20 people in assigned a la carte restaurant, 21-40 people in Hotel Buffet Restaurant.
- For wedding parties of more than 40 people, a private wedding dinner is required; additional charges apply subject to availability and menu selected. Availability upon Request.
- The Palladium Sound Equipment includes: 1 speaker with microphone and 3.55MM 55MM auxiliary cable.
- If your group exceeds the number of people included, another collection must be purchased.
- Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- This package cannot be combined with "CRAZY IN LOVE" (free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages).
- Price includes taxes and service charge, the price cannot be modified, prices and services may be subject to change without notice.
- Collections of Weddings are only valid for guests of Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and TRS Hotels.
- To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the Resort.
- To organize a Wedding at Palladium Hotel Group the Purchase of a Wedding Collection is required.
- Wedding party guests not staying at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
- Wedding date and rooms are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the resort before purchasing the package. Once the wedding is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without paying a cancellation penalty.
- The wedding package does not include a stay at the hotel - this is quoted separately.
