Policies
- This package is available in 2 decor options: Natural and White.
- Wedding couple is included in the number of people covered.
- Iberostar requires that the wedding couple and 80% of the wedding guests stay at the hotel where the wedding takes place for a minimum of 3 nights or for the minimum length of stay applicable for that particular time period.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a wedding date. This deposit can be made by credit card or wire transfer.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) & valid for weddings taking place before December 19, 2026, and are subject to change. No discounts are available for smaller groups, and substitutions are not allowed.
- External vendor charges and penalty fees may apply if you do not use the resort's approved suppliers
- The choices for flowers and decor will vary depending on the season and the location of the wedding.
- For weddings with up to 32 people (including the couple), a restaurant in a semi-private area can be booked.
- Private plated menus may only be available at certain wedding venues.
- Additional transportation fees may apply in some cases.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change and may be updated at any time.
- Additional fees may apply for Catholic or non-denominational ceremonies held on a weekend, depending on the destination.
- Mexico: Legal Ceremony fees - (Official judge, apostille seal, proof of non-alimony debt, marriage certificate translation, blood test and ceremony translator) starts at $1,400.00 USD, translation of ceremony and marriage certificate available, subject to request. Additional fees apply for legal ceremonies held on Sundays. Fees vary per hotel. Additional fees for Catholic ceremony starting at $1,580.00 USD (only available at Playa Paraiso Complex)
- Jamaica: Legal Wedding - Minister’s license ($200) and certificate shipping ($150). There is a $500 supplemental fee for weekend (Friday-Sunday) ceremonies.
- Dominican Republic: Additional fees starting at $650 for Legal ceremony officiant and $711 for a Catholic ceremony officiant subject to change without prior notice. Certificate shipping is $150. Catholic ceremonies only available at Punta Cana hotels.
- Aruba: Legal ceremony fees starting at $1100 USD. Other types of ceremonies available.
