What is included?
Pre-Wedding
Pre-planning & on-site services of a professional wedding coordinator.
Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability).
Welcome Cocktail Party (1 hour private event): • Private bar and bartender, serving international open bar • Hors d’oeuvres station (selection of four).
Rehearsal Dinner (2 hour private event – up to 30p): • Signature Cocktail – selected by the wedding couple • Plated menu – 4 courses selected by the wedding couple • Tables with white linens and white linen-covered chairs • Sound system with 1 speaker and 1 microphone.
Preparation of the couple’s wedding day attire.
Ceremony
Service of judge or minister (symbolic Ceremony,no legal validation and 15-20 minutes service).
Beach pergola or wedding gazebo drapery.

Policies
- This package is available to new wedding bookings.
- All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability & double occupancy only.
- Prices and package subject to change without notice. Prices included taxes.
- Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is the initial deposit.
- A wedding deposit is required to confirm the wedding date and selected wedding package. The initial deposit is 10% of the total wedding package value.
- Services and products included within the wedding package are offered at preferential pricing and do not reflect their individual retail value. Wedding packages provide significant savings compared to booking services à la carte. We recommend selecting a package as the foundation for your celebration and taking advantage of the included benefits while customizing your dream wedding.
- Availability: Please note that wedding dates and venues are not held without a signed Letter of Agreement and the corresponding initial deposit.
- Weather Conditions: For your comfort and planning purposes, please note that August and September are typically the warmest months in Los Cabos, with higher temperatures, increased humidity, and the possibility of tropical storms or hurricanes. In the event of adverse weather conditions, a backup plan will be discussed and confirmed with your Wedding Specialist prior to the wedding day.
- To host a wedding event at Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, a minimum of 80% of the wedding guests must stay at the resort.
- Guest room rates are separate from wedding package pricing and any additional wedding-related expenses.
- Wedding enhancements and additional services will be customized during the planning process. Prices for additional wedding services are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, including fluctuations in floral costs caused by adverse weather conditions, such as frost, drought, or excessive rainfall.
- Floral pricing may also increase during peak holiday periods and special celebrations in Mexico, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Día de Muertos, Our Lady of Guadalupe Day, and the Christmas season.
- 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
