Policies
- Wedding packages are available at all Moon Palace resorts in Mexico; at Palace Resorts properties in Mexico, except Cozumel Palace and with an additional fee at Playacar Palace; and at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun. Package availability, inclusions, and promotional items are subject to change and may vary by property. y. Offer valid through December 31, 2025.
- Wedding group benefits apply only to new groups with a signed group agreement and a minimum of 10 rooms at Palace Resorts, Moon Palace, and Le Blanc Spa Resorts properties. Reservations must be part of the same wedding group contract and include a minimum stay of three (3) nights to be counted.
- Benefits will be calculated 30 days prior to the group’s arrival or the first wedding event—whichever comes first. If there are any reductions in nights, no-shows, or cancellations after this period, the earned benefits will be recalculated. After the 30-day mark, any additional rooms booked will not count toward the group’s benefits. Not valid from December 24–31 each year. Additional minimum night requirements may apply for specific promotions.
- Not applicable to Le Blanc Spa Resorts.
- For wedding groups with a minimum of 75 paid nights, the couple will receive one (1) complimentary room and one (1) room upgrade—from the standard room category to the next—for every 75 paid nights within the wedding group. A maximum of five (5) complimentary rooms and five (5) upgrades may be earned.
- The first complimentary room applies exclusively to the couple (up to 2 guests). All complimentary rooms will be in the resort’s standard category and will incur a charge of $50 USD at Le Blanc Spa Resorts, Sun Palace, and Moon Palace The Grand – Cancun, and $25 USD at other Palace Resorts and Moon Palace Resorts, corresponding to taxes and gratuities.
- A minimum of three (3) complimentary event hours and a maximum of nine (9) complimentary hours may be used per day. Additional hours require an extra fee.
- A maximum number of nights applies to this offer. Nights booked under the Paradise Preview promotion are subject to availability during specified dates and are not valid for direct requests made at the hotel upon arrival. Site inspections to nearby Palace Resorts, Moon Palace, and/or Le Blanc Hotels & Resorts are available upon request. Transportation is not included.
- The spa discount applies only to new wedding groups and cannot be combined with Resort Credit or other spa promotions. Discount is not valid for beauty salon services.
- The golf discount applies only to new wedding groups and is valid for rounds of golf at Moon Spa & Golf Club or Riviera Cancun Golf Club. It cannot be combined with Resort Credit or other golf promotions. Golf is not available at Playacar Palace, Cozumel Palace, Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos, or Moon Palace Jamaica. Tee times must be reserved in advance by emailing teetimes@thepalacecompany.com. Golf balls and cart rental fees are not included. Transportation to Riviera Cancun Golf Club is not provided.
- Sparkling wine brand and size are subject to availability.
- A stay at Le Blanc Spa Resorts may be earned if the wedding takes place at Le Blanc Spa Resorts. A stay at Moon Palace The Grand – Cancun may be earned if the wedding takes place at either Le Blanc Spa Resorts or Moon Palace The Grand – Cancun. Certificate travel dates must be completed within six (6) months of the wedding date. The promotion is valid for weddings booked as of February 4, 2025.
- Promotion applicable for minors up to 17 years of age. The child’s age must be reported in the reservation, and proof of age will be required upon check-in. The Kids and Teens Stay Free promotion is not applicable at Moon Palace The Grand – Cancun from December 24–31 each year. The promotion does not apply to Presidential Suites at any of our properties. Promotions are subject to change and may be discontinued without prior notice.
