Policies

  • Prices and package subject to change without notice.
  • Complimentary weddings require minimum room category of Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Rose Hall - Ocean View Junior Suite, and are only available Mon-Wed between 9 am and 1 pm.
  • Complimentary weddings only offered during initial booking at least 6 months prior to the wedding date, not available for previously reserved and/or confirmed weddings.
  • The following promotions are combinable, Leisure Groups Program, Big Day Preview credit. They are not combinable with any other promotions.
  • Any outsourced vendors attract a vendor fee of $1250.00 plus 15% Government tax per service per event per day.
  • All outdoor events must end at 10 pm – an indoor after party may be offered at an additional cost.
  • A deposit of $2000.00 is required in order to book the wedding.
  • Package inclusions have no cash value and unused items and/or services are non-refundable.
  • Items are not interchangeable or transferable, and substitutions are not permitted.
  • Extra table decor and centerpiece not included on additional guest cost.
  • Buffet style or plated dinner availability will be determined by the size of the wedding group and the venue selected.
  • Services such as spa treatments, excursions, specialty foods, liquor items and special services are subject to additional fees.
