Policies
- Luxury Complimentary Wedding package can be upgraded to a civil ceremony with the addition of the notary fees.
- Complimentary if booking a minimum of 35 room nights or 14 room nights in Diamond Club™ room categories). 75% of the wedding group must stay at the property.
- Luxury Complimentary Wedding package can be purchased for $1099 USD if the couple does not meet the 35 room-night requirement.
- Items not used in the packages cannot be redeemed for cash.
- ¹Restaurant subject to availability. Semi-private dinner can host up to 50 guests (adults only) and up to 30 guests (with children). Over the specified amounts will mean a private reception required.
- Wedding packages are priced and sold ONLY to wedding couples of the resort. 75% of the guest must be staying at the resort to host the wedding with the hotel.
- Weddings are scheduled seven days a week, Monday through Sunday. Please note that we cannot hold weddings on National holidays.
- For Sundays, we can perform legal or symbolic ceremonies at either 3:00pm, 4:00pm or 5:00pm only (when available!) and an extra fee of $100 USD will be applicable.
- For legal ceremonies (additional cost), we recommend submitting all legal documentation no later than 60 days prior to the wedding date. A late application fee of $200 USD will apply to documents submitted between 2-4 weeks before the wedding date. The legal ceremony cannot be performed if the documents are received later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
- For a Vow Renewal or Symbolic Ceremony, there is no documentation required. A symbolic ceremony has no legal standing and is just a symbol of love in front of friends and family.
- Please note that in order to best serve you and to ensure everything is ready, we require you to arrive 3 days in advance of your ceremony for both symbolic and legal weddings.
- Wedding ceremony start time is up to you (as long as it is available)! The latest ceremony start time will be 5:00pm, but depending on the time of year and sunset hour, we recommend 4:00pm.
- Wedding dates cannot be held and are available first come, first served. To secure your date, we will require a $500 USD non-refundable deposit along with this document signed and sealed!
- We require a package selection at the time of booking – but don’t worry, this is not final and can be changed up until 45 days prior to your wedding date when your final payment is due.
- Yes, we welcome your guests staying off site to join in on your celebrations! The more the merrier. But we require that at least 75% of your wedding group be guests of the host hotel.
- All non-hotel guests must purchase a “Day Pass” to enter the hotel. These passes are valid for a maximum of 8 hours, and said guests can arrive up to one (1) hour prior to event and should leave directly following its conclusion. Remember, we need to calculate non-hotel guests into the final.
- Head count of all private events. You may even want to pay for these passes in advance, which you can easily coordinate with your wedding consultant. Requests for last minute day passes must be made through the hotel wedding consultant. And remember (this one’s important!), these guests will be required to present ID upon check at the hotel to be welcomed.
- All locations are subject to availability. Wedding locations are occasionally shut down to improve, repair or regenerate the space. In the event that your previously booked location is affected by a closure we will contact you as soon as the closure is announced with an alternative location and solution.
