Policies
- Luxury Complimentary Wedding package can be upgraded to a civil ceremony with the addition of the notary fees
- *Complimentary if booking a minimum of 35 room nights or 14 room nights in Diamond Club™ room categories). Luxury Complimentary Wedding package can be purchased for $1099 USD or $1,399 USD if the couple does not meet the 35 room-night requirement
- Items not used in our packages cannot be redeemed for cash.¹Restaurant subject to availability. Semi-private dinner can host up to 45 guests. Over 45 guests, private reception required.
- Our wedding packages are priced and sold ONLY to wedding couples of the resort. 75% of the guest must be staying at the resort to host the wedding.
- A $1,050 USD vendor fee applies if you wish to bring your own Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, DL, Audio Visual, Entertainment, Photographer, or Videographer. This fee covers up to 2 vendor employees.}
- A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold your wedding date with us. This $500 USD per day of event deposit is used towards your final payment and package selection.
- The only accepted forms of payment are Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Please note that Visa-Debit cards are not accepted.
- Weddings cancelled 44-31 days prior to the first event date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($500 USD) plus 50% of the total cost of your contracted function.
- Weddings cancelled 30-8 days prior to the first event date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($500 USD) plus 75% of the total cost of your contracted function.
- Weddings cancelled 7-0 days prior to the first event date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit ($500 USD) plus 100% of the total cost of your contracted function.
- If you choose to make changes to your wedding plans upon arrival to destination, please note that additional charges may apply, as vendors will have already been contracted and prepared based on your original arrangements made.
- Cancellations made in destination are 100% non-refundable, regardless of the service or reason.
- If your group wishes to change or reduce any services after the final payment deadline, Royalton Weddings is not obligated to issue any refunds or credits for unused goods or services. Any updates or changes must be communicated directly to your on-site coordinator after your arrival.
