Policies
- Event agreement signed, and 20% initial payment is required in order to confirm the event date -1st payment is not refundable.
- Package prices and inclusions are not negotiable, combinable, or modifiable.
- All inclusions are subject to hotel's catalogues, menus and availability.
- No refunds apply for unused services and items included on the packages.
- A minimum of 90% of guests must stay at the hotel. Rooms are not included in the wedding packages.
- All packages and inclusions are subject to change according to availability.
- Legal ceremony is not included in any package.
- All wedding venues are subject to the Hotel's availability.
- The wedding couple is considered as part of the number of guests included on wedding packages.
- All wedding passes must be prepaid and confirmed with the wedding planner before the event.
- All external vendors must be confirmed and approved by the wedding planner and external vendor fee paid in advance in order to access the facilities. (External vendor fee $300usd per vendor).
- The resort is a located at an environmental protected area. No fireworks, fires, confetti, chines lanterns or others similar are allowed on the property.
- Blackout dates apply for wedding packages.
- Penthouse upgrade for the couple is subject to availability (children are not allowed on this room category).
- Wedding packages must be fully paid at least 90 days before, any extra services that you want to add can be paid up to 30 days before the event.
- Official ID's are required for external vendors or non-staying guests in order to access the facilities.
- All event hours will be confirmed in advance by your wedding planner.
