Ceremony
Wedding location.
Symbolic marriage ceremony & certificate, performed by a bilingual officiant.
Ceremony table with white linen, and folding wedding chairs for guests.
Fresh floral centerpiece for the altar at the ceremony (white roses or tropical flowers).
Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere (white roses or tropical flowers).
One (1) boutonniere and one (1) corsage for wedding party (white roses or tropical flowers).
Basic sound system for the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
Sparkling wine toast after the ceremony.

Policies
- Package inclusions have no cash value and unused items and/or services are non-refundable. Items are not interchangeable or transferable, and substitutions are not permitted.
- Buffet or plated dinner availability will be determined by the size of the wedding group and the venue selected.
- With the Lavish & Opulent wedding package, the couple will receive a complimentary night when celebrating their anniversary at the same hotel with a minimum 4-night stay.
- Services such as spa treatments, excursions, specialty foods, liquor items and special services are subject to additional fees.
- To hold and confirm the wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD.
- Regarding Photography & video, outside vendors are not allowed in the hotel. For any other outside vendors such as décor, Audiovisual, DJ, etc. that the Client hires directly, an additional fee of $1,500.00 USD per each service applies. If the vendor provides multiple services, the $1,500.00 fee will apply per service. This fee covers one (1) person for one (1) day. Additional persons that work for vendors, or access on additional days will be charged a day pass fee.
- Due to a government surcharge, a USD $800.00 fee is required for legal/Civil ceremonies for 2025 and 2026.
