Policies
- This collection is complimentary for up to 15 guests when booking a minimum of 30 room nights in any room category at the resort where the event is hosted. Additional guests (up to 15 more, for a total of 30) incur an extra charge per person.
- Additional guests may be accommodated (up to a maximum of 30) will with an extra charge of $19 USD per person.
- Please note that all arrangements are subject to venue availability and additional terms and conditions may apply.
- At least 80% of wedding guests must stay at the resort.
- A deposit of $800 USD is required to secure the wedding date.
- Premium Venues : To reserve Kanna Club, a deposit of $ 2,900 USD is required, and for Restaurante Flora & Hadar, a deposit of $1,200 USD will be required.
- The “It Takes Two or a Few” collection is designed for up to 15 guests, with the option to add up to 15 more (maximum of 30 guests) at an extra charge per person.
- Additional charges may apply for venue rental fees and premium venues.
- Items and décor included in the collections are subject to availability, may vary by resort and destination, and do not represent a commitment by the hotel.
- The "Benefits for the Newlyweds" such as room upgrade, turndown service, and late check-out, are subject to availability. The 15 % spa discount does not apply to spa products. The romantic breakfast and the special amenity may vary by resort and destination.
