Policies
- Ccomplimentary with 25 room nights or more (3 night minimum per room) combined within group in Club Ocean View Junior Suite category.
- Free weddings are only available Monday to Wednesday at 10:00 am or 11:00 AM.
- Free weddings only offered during initial booking at least 6 months prior to wedding date, not available for previously reserved and/or confirmed weddings.
- For non-qualifying couples, package may be purchased and is only available Monday through Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Restrictions apply.
- To hold and confirm the wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD.
- Regarding Photography & video, outside vendors are not allowed in the hotel. For any other outside vendors such as décor, Audiovisual, DJ, etc. that the Client hires directly, an additional fee of $1,500.00 USD per each service applies. If the vendor provides multiple services, the $1,500.00 fee will apply per service. This fee covers one (1) person for one (1) day. Additional persons that work for vendors, or access on additional days will be charged a day pass fee.
- Due to a government surcharge, a USD $800.00 fee is required for legal/Civil ceremonies for 2025 and 2026.
- Package inclusions have no cash value and unused items and/or services are non-refundable.
- Items are not interchangeable, transferable or combinable, and substitutions are not permitted.
- Extra costs apply during weekends.
- Does not include holidays or blackout dates.
- Certain services, amenities, food and beverage items are included for only guests staying in select room categories.
- Services such as spa treatments, excursions, specialty foods, liquor items and special services are subject to additional fees.
