What is included?
Pre-Wedding
Pre-planning & on-site services of a professional wedding coordinator.
Semi-private rehearsal dinner for ten people max. (at one resort restaurant, 1 table of max. 10 people, no private).
Preparation and ironing of the couple’s wedding day attire. (only one bride dress and one groom suit are included).
Choice of 2 services for 1 nearlywed or 1 service for each nearlywed on the day of the ceremony: o Hairstyling (1) o Make-up application (1) o Shave (1-facial hair).
Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability).
Ceremony
Service of judge or minister (symbolic Ceremony,no legal validation and 15-20 minutes service).
(1) Bouquet(s) and/or (1) boutonniere(s) for wedding couple (medium-sized bouquet, made of greenery and white roses).
(2) Boutonnieres and/or (2) corsages for wedding party. (up to four members).
Basic sound system with 1 speaker and 1 microphone for ceremony.
Ceremony set-up. (20 white tiffany chairs and ceremonial table), water station included.
One natural floral centerpiece for ceremonial table (made with white roses).
Cocktail Hour
Private cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, One (1) hour service (up to 20 guests), Open Bar included.
Live music, set of 45 minutes (1 set of a saxophonist or a violinist or a guitarist, during cocktail hour).
Reception
Wedding cake and sparkling wine (up to 20 guests).
Private plated dinner reception, Three (3) hours service. (up to 20 guests), Open Bar included.
One natural floral centerpiece for the sweetheart table. (made with white roses).
Post-Wedding
Special turn down service on the wedding night.
Late check-out for the couple. (based on availability and upon request).
Other Inclusions
50 digital photos taken during the ceremony (30 minutes service), digital album available 28 days post wedding day.
Edited video of ceremony (20 minutes video service for a final edited 2 minutes video of ceremony), available 28 days post wedding day.
15% off all spa treatments (spa boutique purchases not included).

Policies
- Grand Love package is available to new wedding bookings.
- All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 31 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability & double occupancy only.
- Prices and package subject to change without notice.
- * Bridal Suite Rental Fee is not included, and Hair and/or Make-up trail are not included either.
- 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- Once the wedding is confirmed, it cannot be canceled within 4 months to the date of the wedding without a fee. The cancellation penalty is $660 USD.
