Policies

• The price of this collection includes up to 100 people – Wedding couple included in the number of attendees.
• Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package (maximum 110 people).
• Children over 13 years of age count as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult cost, children under 3 years old free.
• Includes a symbolic ceremony (non-denominational minister). Any other ceremony not mentioned will incur an additional cost.
• Private event does not include premium locations or beach- consult with your coordinator for more information
• The location of the ceremony includes Beach, Chapel, Gazebo or Garden (locations may vary according to the hotel of your choice)
• The Basic sound equipment for ceremony includes: 1 speaker with microphone and 3.55 mm auxiliary cable or bluetooth conectivity.
• Floral Décor for the ceremony included Arch with floral design, centerpiece for ceremony and bridal bouquet includes a maximum of two colors (additional color incurs extra cost).
• Decorations are exclusive to the ceremony and cannot be transferred to another(s) event(s).
• Audio equipment for the wedding drinks reception. It does not include an audio technician. This is priced separately.
• Semi-private welcome dinner at Restaurant for (not private, restrictions apply). Semi-private dinner, maximum 20 people assigned a la carte restaurant, 21- 40 people in Hotel Buffet Restaurant.
• For wedding groups of more than 40 people, a private event is required. An additional fee applies. Availability upon request.
• The wedding cocktail is in an assigned location, same location as the banquet - continuous schedules. It’s not applicable as private reception overtime.
• Outdoor locations might incur an extra cost depending on the location selected. The price may vary depending on the location chosen and the setup required.
• The private reception includes Buffet Palladium Weddings.
• Private events do not include premium locations - consult with your coordinator.
• Dj package includes Sound system for up to 100 ppl, Dj, Dj station, basic lighting for dancing area –dance floor is not included- and microphone.
• Additional event hours will be an additional cost.
• o 25-minute massages, 01 hair and make-trial & 01 manicure are included exclusively for the bridal couple at Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness during their wedding stay and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
• Wedding party guests who do not stay at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
• Price includes taxes and service charges. Prices and services may be subject to change without notice.
• Collections of Weddings are only valid for guests of Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and TRS Hotels.
• To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the Resort.
• Wedding party guests not staying at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
• Wedding date and rooms are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the resort before purchasing the package. Once the wedding is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without paying a cancellation penalty.
• The wedding package does not include a stay at the hotel - this is quoted separately
