Policies
- This package is suitable for up to a total of 30 guests staying at the hotel (this includes the bride and groom).
- Upgrades for larger parties are available at an additional cost of $75 USD per adult. This cost covers the package inclusions for these guests at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
- A group booking is required to confirm the wedding date.
- Wedding Venues are assigned by the wedding coordinator once the wedding is confirmed (subject to availability and the number of guests attending the wedding).
- The wedding couple (bride and groom), and at least 90% of the wedding guests must stay at the resort where the wedding is taking place.
- Package inclusions have no cash value and there are no refunds for unused elements or events. Items and services are non-transferable, and cannot be changed for other inclusions or used during future stays.
- For Symbolic Ceremonies (covered in this package) the bride and groom must be at the resort before 12 PM at least 2 business days before the wedding.
- Legal Ceremonies with a judge can be provided for an extra cost and are subject to the availability of the local authorities. Additional documentation is required several months before the wedding date. The bride, the groom, and 2 witnesses must be at the resort before 12 PM at least 3 business days before the wedding.
- This package is subject to confirmed availability. Blackout dates may apply.
- This package must be confirmed at least 45 days before the wedding date.
- No deposit is required to confirm this package. Payment is made at the resort at least 48 hours before the wedding.
- This package requires a minimum of 10 guests.
