Eternal Love is a great destination wedding package that includes up to 20 people. More people can be added at a per-person cost. It offers a semi-private rehearsal dinner for 10 people, a 1-hour cocktail hour, and a private wedding reception with dinner and an open bar. Also, 50 photos and an edited video of the ceremony.
Secrets resorts are located in some of the most picturesque settings in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and various Caribbean islands. They are renowned for their prime wedding locations, each offering a unique blend of tropical charm and sophisticated elegance.

Policies
- All events related to the wedding and the wedding itself are not part of the all-inclusive or UnlimitedLuxury package; therefore, please note that all events and services incur additional fees.
- Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring a penalty.
- Items and services included in the wedding packages are not changeable, transferable, or negotiable, and have no cash value. There are no refunds or discounts for unused elements or events.
- A la carte and customized options are available. If you would like to create your own package, we strongly recommend choosing the "Wedding in Paradise" package and adding extra services according to your needs or budget.
- All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked at least 30 days before the wedding date.
- Packages are subject to availability and double occupancy only.
- Prices and packages are subject to change without notice.
- The Wedding in Paradise, Elope in Luxury, and Infinitely Yours packages can only be reserved from Monday to Thursday. These packages are not available on weekends.
- It is required that 80% of the guests, including the wedding couple, stay at the resort.

- If off-site guests wish to attend the wedding, a wedding day pass fee will apply for event access. This fee does not substitute the supplement fee for additional guests. It is important to inform the wedding coordinator. The event pass permits guests to access the venue one hour before the wedding and will cover up to 5 hours of private events, or until 11:00 p.m. A photo ID will be required.
- Additional hours incur extra charges. All events can be extended until 11:00 p.m. The available time may vary, subject to the venue.
- ** Free Anniversary Nights: After your first anniversary, stay a minimum of five paid nights and receive 2 additional nights free, or stay four paid nights and receive 1 additional night free.
- Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other promotional offer.
- Love at First Site: Hyatt Inclusive Collection is offering special rates for wedding couples to visit the properties. Program includes: Special rates, Site Inspection, and Menu Tasting.
- Upgrades, customizations , and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator.
- Any items brought from home may incur a setup fee, which will be determined during your consultation meeting with your onsite coordinator. If it is something you wish to keep, please ensure that you assign someone from your wedding or group to collect it at the end of the night. The hotel is not responsible for any decorations or items you may bring.
- When working with external companies, each vendor will be assessed separately to verify that the company meets the hotel's standards and policies. If the company is approved, an additional fee will apply.
- Note: Vendor fees are not negotiable as per hotel policies. Prices do not include access to the hotel’s bars and restaurants.
- For some of the services: flowers, DJ, décor, entertainment, etc., there is no flat fee; you need to inform us of all the services you are hiring for us to provide you with a quote.
- Some providers are banned in the property; please verify with the coordinator before hiring.
- All payments are made at least 72 hours before the event’s execution. No refunds are made for unused services, even if the number of guests attending decreases after payment. Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, US dollars, and Dominican pesos.
