- The Elope in Luxury package is for two people and cannot be combined with complimentary packages or certificates or be deducted when purchasing other packages

- The 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotions or products
- Once wedding is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without incurring a penalty of $250
