Policies
- In order to receive the group rate, a minimun of 15 rooms per night and 3-night stay is required.
- For Weddings on Friday or Saturday, a minimum Room Block of 25 rooms per night is required.
- A minimun of 80% of the total guests must stay at the resort and the rooms must be reserved directly through the reservation link we will provide.
- THE HOTEL requires a $4,000.00 USD non-refundable deposit to guarantee the room block, the date and venue for the event.
- As soon as rooms are booked and guaranteed with a credit card by the go towards the wedding expenses.
- The first payment is not refundable in the event of total cancellation of the group.
- 10% of the room block can be cancelled with no penalty 3 months before the arrival date. Any additional cancellation will be subject to full stay penalty.
- To guarantee the reservation individually, 30% of the total reservation non-refundable is required, the remaining amount will be charged at the check in.
- Non reserved rooms, no shows and cancellations after the cutoff date are subject to full stay penalty.
- All payments must be made in US dollars. Personal checks are not acceptable. Wire transfer or direct deposit are accepted.
