- 15% OFF for weddings on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Elegible for complimentary GEMESTONE ceremony package for up to 50 people.
- This price is available when reserving 20 rooms for 3 nights with the all inclusive plan.
- If you do not meet the minimum requirements, the price is $254 per person + tax + service.
- January through April: Weddings held Sunday - Thursday require a minimum of 30 rooms for 3 nights. Weddings held on Friday and Saturday, require a minimum of 50 rooms for 3 nights.
- May through December: Weddings held Sunday - Thursday require a minimum of 20 rooms for 3 nights. Weddings held on Friday and Saturday, require a minimum of 30 rooms for 3 nights.
- The use of the Sky Ballroom is subject to the following requirements: Friday and Saturday: Minimum of 50 rooms for 3 nights Sunday through Thursday: Minimum of 30 rooms for 3 nights.
- A minimun of 80% of the total guests must stay at the resort and the rooms must be reserved directly through the reservation link we will provide.
- 10% of the room block can be cancelled with no penalty 3 months before the arrival date. Any additional cancellation will be subject to full stay penalty.
- Individual Reservations Policies: (once guests have booked their rooms): A first non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay will be charged to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance will be charged upon check-in. Any unreserved rooms, no shows, early check-outs and cancellations after the cut-off date will be subject to full-stay penalty.
- Payment Options: Wire Transer or Direct Deposit. EVO CLICK: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD). Personal checks are not accepted.
- To secure your wedding date and venue, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required.
- For room blocks between 10 and 40 rooms, a flat non-refundable deposit of $4,000 USD applies at the time of contract signature.
- For room blocks of more than 40 rooms, the initial $4,000 USD deposit applies, plus $100 USD per additional room above 40.
