What is included?
Pre-Wedding
Personalized wedding coordinator.
Basic Henna Artists for bride only (full palms, strips on back of the palms and feet).
Ceremony
Wedding ceremony location (Gazebo, Beach or Private Hall).
Basic wedding Mandap or basic Gazebo decoration.
2 simple natural floral garlands.
Basic wedding ceremony set up (No flowers included).
Sparkling wine toast after ceremony.
Reception
Private dinner reception with open bar in a Banquet Room during 3 hours for 50 guests.
Indian style and vegetarian food based on hotel menu provided as buffet (50 guest or more) or served style (less than 50 guest).
Wedding Cake for 50 guests.
Basic sound equipment for 3 hours.
Basic decorations for reception (No flowers included).
Other Inclusions

Policies
- Package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
- In order to have a wedding at the resort we request the 80% of the guests stay at the Barceló hotels and select a wedding package.
- Any other services not mentioned here are available with an extra charge.
- Guests not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.
- This package is not valid with any other promotion or package.
- In case of bad weather wedding cannot be cancelled, it will be moved to back up. Once the packages and the extras are paid, they are not refundable.
- All décor available with extra cost.
- Priest not included.
- Wedding packages and extras can change without previous notice.
- These packages are valid for Barceló Maya Grand Resort guests.
- A deposit of $300.00 USD (bank transfer or deposit) is required to guarantee the date and time of the ceremony. Non refundable.
- Package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
- The wedding cannot be canceled and there will be no refunds.
- In all specialties restaurant groups bigger than 25 people a Set menu is required.
- The cost of the Gazebo for guests not staying at the Palace is $15.00 USD per guest.
- In Barceló (Beach, Caribe, Colonial and Tropical) apply National Bar; Palace guests apply a Premium Bar.
- The hotel has an in-house vendor with photography and video service. Any external provider causes a Fee of $700.00 USD (payment directly to the inhouse vendor).
- Fireworks, cold fireworks or any shows with fire are not permitted at the hotel.
