Policies
- Depending on the size of the party, you may be eligible for dining at either an à la carte restaurant or a buffet. Please consult your Wedding Planner for available options.
- For parties of more than 40 guests, restaurant reservations will not be available, and a private event must be purchased.
- All room bookings must be made through a group contract to qualify for this offer and with an all-inclusive rate (complimentary package when booking a minimum of 10 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights at any Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts hotel or TRS Hotels in America).
- GROUP CONTRACT REQUIRED (individual reservations do not apply).
- This collection includes a service for up to 30 people -Wedding couple included in the number of attendees.· Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package.
- Children over 13 years of age count as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult cost, children under 3 years old free.
- Ceremony officiant is not included in the package, will have an additional cost.
- Small bouquet of white roses included in this package (additional color at extra cost).
- Beach location has a setup fee, ask our wedding team for more information.
- Semi-private wedding reception at Restaurant for reception (not private, restrictions apply). Semi-private dinner, maximum 20 people in assigned a la carte restaurant, 21-40 people in Hotel Buffet Restaurant.
- For wedding groups of more than 40 people, a private wedding dinner is required. Additional charges apply. Availability upon request. The wedding package is not available on weekends (Friday to Sunday).
- Premium ceremony times are not available on weekends and an additional cost applies (4.00 pm/ 5.00 pm/ 6.00 pm).
- The Basic Sound Equipment includes: 1 speaker with microphone and 3.55MM auxiliary cable or Bluetooth.
- Complimentary wedding package may not be available during all dates and times at the discretion of the resort.
- Free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages.
- Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.

- Collections of Weddings are only valid for guests of Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and TRS Hotels .
- To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the Resort. · Wedding guests not staying at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
