Policies
- All Room bookings must be made through a Group contract to qualify for this offer¨, individual reservations do not apply.
- Promotion valid just from Monday to Wednesday and times at 10 am, 12 pm, or 2 pm, any other time an extra charge will applied.
- GROUP CONTRACT REQUIRED (individual reservations do not apply).
- This collection includes a service for up to 30 people -Wedding couple included in the number of attendees.
- Additional costs will apply if guests exceed the number of people included in the package.
- Children over 13 years of age count as adults, children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50% of the adult cost, children under 3 years old free.
- Ceremony officiant is not included in the package, will have an additional cost.
- Small bouquet of white roses included in this package (additional color at extra cost).
- Beach location has a setup fee, ask our wedding team for more information.
- Semi-private wedding reception at Restaurant for reception (not private, restrictions apply). Semi-private dinner, maximum 20 people in assigned a la carte restaurant, 21-40 people in Hotel Buffet Restaurant.
- For wedding groups of more than 40 people, a private wedding dinner is required. An additional fee applies. Availability upon request.
- Premium ceremony times are not available on weekends and an additional cost applies. (4.00 pm/ 5.00 pm/ 6.00 pm).
- The Basic Sound Equipment includes: 1 speaker with microphone and 3.55MM auxiliary cable or Bluetooth.
- A complimentary wedding package may not be available during all dates and times at the discretion of the resort.
- Free wedding packages cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages.
- Spa treatment discount cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- Price cannot be modified, prices and services may be subject to change without notice.
- Collections of Weddings are only valid for guests of Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts and TRS Hotels.
- To celebrate a wedding, we require that 80% of the group stay at the resort.
- Wedding party guests not staying at the Resort or booked outside of the group contract must purchase an event pass.
- The wedding package does not include a stay at the hotel - this is quoted separately.
