Policies
- Weddings and special events are scheduled according to the availability of the locations based on needs and size of the number of guests. Date restrictions may apply.
- A $500 USD deposit is required in order to secure and block your wedding venue and date (non-refundable).
- All other event locations will be selected once your planning process starts. (6 months before the wedding date).
- All optional amenities and private events must be requested no later than 60 days prior to your scheduled function.
- Events must end at 23:00 hrs. when venues are in the vicinity of hotel rooms. Additional hours can be requested up to the day of the appointment with the coordinator, please consider a charge.
- External Vendor Fee policy applies.
- In case of not using the services included in the inspirations package, this are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable.
- Prices and package subject to change without notice.
- Subject to availability and double occupancy.
- Discounts on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotions or offers.
