Policies
- Beyond Memorable package is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date at Dreams Resorts & Spas.
- Once the wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring the penalty.
- Wedding date and rooms are based on availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchasing the package.
- This package is only available to purchase by groups with a minimum of 50 guests staying a cumulative of at least 75 paid room nights (from 50 to 79 people).
- All room reservations must be booked through the same source to qualify for this offer and with an all-inclusive rate.
- The wedding date and rooms are based on availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchasing the package.
- This package is not combinable with Save your Date. This package is combinable with Inclusive Collection’s social groups program, Social Stays That Pay.
- Limit one cocktail hour per group.
- For Group's inclusion terms and conditions, changing dates, or cancellations, please contact your travel agent.
- If the group's guest size or room nights are not met by the time of the wedding, the promotion will no longer be applicable, and the couple will need to build the package a la carte or based on the standard brand wedding packages, with additional costs per guest.
- All events related to the wedding and the wedding itself are not part of the all-inclusive or UnlimitedLuxury package; therefore, please note that all events and services incur additional fees.
- Items and services included in the wedding packages are not changeable, transferable, or negotiable, and have no cash value. There are no refunds or discounts for unused elements or events.
- A la carte and customized options are available. If you would like to create your own package, we strongly recommend choosing the "Wedding in Paradise" package and adding extra services according to your needs or budget.
- All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked at least 30 days before the wedding date.
- Packages are subject to availability and double occupancy only.
- Prices and packages are subject to change without notice.
- It is required that 80% of the guests, including the wedding couple, stay at the resort.
- If off-site guests wish to attend the wedding, a wedding day pass fee will apply for event access. This fee does not substitute the supplement fee for additional guests. It is important to inform the wedding coordinator. The event pass permits guests to access the venue one hour before the wedding and will cover up to 5 hours of private events, or until 11:00 p.m. A photo ID will be required.
- Additional hours incur extra charges. All events can be extended until 11:00 p.m. The available time may vary, subject to the venue.
- Additional fees may apply for service of a judge or minister or special ceremonies. These fees will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator.
- Free Anniversary Nights: After your first anniversary, stay a minimum of five paid nights and receive 2 additional nights free, or stay four paid nights and receive 1 additional night free.
- Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other promotional offer.
- Love at First Site: Hyatt Inclusive Collection is offering special rates for wedding couples to visit the properties. Program includes: Special rates, Site Inspection, and Menu Tasting.
- Upgrades, customizations, and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator.
- Any items brought from home may incur a setup fee, which will be determined during your consultation meeting with your onsite coordinator. If it is something you wish to keep, please ensure that you assign someone from your wedding or group to collect it at the end of the night. The hotel is not responsible for any decorations or items you may bring.
- When working with external companies, each vendor will be assessed separately to verify that the company meets the hotel's standards and policies. If the company is approved, an additional fee will apply.
- Note: Vendor fees are not negotiable as per hotel policies. Prices do not include access to the hotel’s bars and restaurants.
- For some of the services: flowers, DJ, décor, entertainment, etc., there is no flat fee; you need to inform us of all the services you are hiring for us to provide you with a quote.
- Some providers are banned in the property; please verify with the coordinator before hiring.
- All payments are made at least 72 hours before the event’s execution. No refunds are made for unused services, even if the number of guests attending decreases after payment. Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, US dollars, and Dominican pesos.
- $100 resort coupons include two coupons worth $10 each, two coupons worth $20 each, one coupon worth $40. $10 coupons are only valid towards wine purchases, one coupon can be used per bottle purchased.
- Resort coupons for spa treatments are not combinable or valid for spa products at the Spa Boutique or 25-minute massages and treatments. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment. Coupons for romantic dining are combinable up to $60 per romantic dining experience, but not valid for bottles of wine. Romantic dinners are subject to availability and must be scheduled with concierge in advance. $10 coupons for wine can be used at any of the restaurant on property. They are not combinable – only one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine.
- Resort coupons cannot be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, dolphin experiences, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service, marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services. Resort coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. Resort coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value, and are not refundable and are non-transferable.
- Resort coupons are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Year’s gala dinners. Resort coupons are not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer including, but not limited to spa treatment discounts. They are only valid during the original stay and cannot be deducted upon check out.
- Resort coupons are available for use at the Spa, for romantic dinners (up to $60 USD per every romantic dinner scheduled with the concierge) and up to $10 USD for every bottle of wine purc.hased
