Wedding organization and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator.
Welcome cocktail party (one hour private event): • Private bar and bartender, with premium open bar • Hors d’oeuvres station (selection of four).
Rehearsal dinner (two-hour rpivate event): • Signature Cocktail – selected by the wedding couple • Appetizer station with a section of three options • Buffet style with variety of cuisine options to choose from* • Dessert station • House banquet set up.
Preparation and ironing of the couple’s wedding day attire.
Private group check-in.
Sparkling wine and fresh fruit for the wedding couple and their parents in the suite, upon arrival (up to three rooms).

Beach pergola or wedding gazebo drapery.
Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple.

Shoe check station provided for ceremonies held on the beach.
Reception

Post-Wedding
Romantic turndown service for the wedding couple the evening of the wedding.

- Resort at its discretion may limit the number of guests allowed at rehearsal dinner.
- This package is combinable with Inclusive Collection’s social groups program, Social Stays That Pay.
- This package is not combinable with Save Your Date program.
- Discounts on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- The Beyond Memorable package is inclusive of 79 guests staying cumulative of at least 75 paid room nights. Additional guests can be added for an additional cost.
- The Beyond Memorable package is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of the wedding date.
- Wedding date is based on availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of booking.
- All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer.
- Upgrades, customizations, and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator.
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
- Once the wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months to the date of the wedding without a fee.
- For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring the penalty. The penalty fee is $750.
- Additional fees may apply for legal or special ceremonies.
