A dedicated onsite wedding coordinator.
Welcome Cocktail Party (one-hour private event | drinks only).
Rehearsal Dinner* (two-hour semi-private event | up to 20 guests.
Sparkling wine and fresh fruit for the wedding couple and their parents in suite, upon arrival (up to 3 rooms).
Preparation of the couple’s wedding day attire.
Ceremony
White avant-garde chairs for guests up to 79.
Wedding Gazebo* (existing wooden pergola).
Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple.
Sound system with 1 speaker and 1 microphone.
Reception
Sweetheart table for the wedding couple with white linen (seating for two).
Delectable buffet with choice of variety of cuisine options.
Private bar with bartender serving top-shelf spirits, juice, soda and water.
Dessert station or couple’s choice of wedding cake.
Post-Wedding
Romantic turndown service for the wedding couple the evening of the wedding.
Romantic breakfast in bed with Mimosas the day after the wedding (confirm with wedding coordinator).
Late check-out for the wedding couple (based on availability, until 3:00 PM)

20% discount on spa treatments for wedding couple and their parents (up to 6 people. Spa boutique purchases not included | Hair & make-up services not included).
Complimentary access to the spa’s hydrotherapy areas for the wedding couple and their parents one day of stay (up to 6 guests, time and day of visit must be confirmed with the spa manager based on spa occupancy.
Complimentary return stay anniversary nights (when the wedding couple stays 5 or more paid nights over their first anniversary date, they’ll receive 2 additional nights free).

Policies
- The Beyond Memorable package is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island.
- The resort, at its discretion, can offer the Beyond Memorable package less than a year in advance of the wedding date.
- Prices and package inclusions subject to change without notice.
- Resort at its discretion may limit number of guests allowed at rehearsal dinner.
- Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- This package is not combinable with Save your Date.
- This package is combinable with Inclusive Collection’s social groups program, social Stays That Pay.
- Limit one cocktail hour per group – drinks only.
- The Beyond Memorable package is inclusive of up to 79 guests staying a cumulative of at least 75 paid room nights.
- Additional guests can be added for an additional cost. This cost is per person and varies by resort.
- Wedding date and rooms are based to availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchase.
- All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer.
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply and vary by property.
- Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months to the date of the wedding without a fee.
- For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring the penalty. This cancellation penalty fee is $750.
- If the wedding group guest size or room nights are not met by the time of the wedding, the promotion will no longer be applicable, and the couple will need to build the package a la carte or based off of the standard brand wedding packages, with additional costs per guest.
- Rehearsal dinner is up to 20 guests in a selected restaurant at 6:00pm.
- Additional fees may apply. These fees vary by resort and will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator. Prices subject to change.
- Additional fee may apply for service of judge, minister and various inclusions.
- $100 in resort coupons per person will be issued. Resort coupons are not combinable with any other offer or discounts.
