Pre-Wedding
Wedding organization and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator.
Welcome cocktail party (one-hour private event) - Private bar and bartender, serving top-shelf international and domestic spirits, soda, juice and water - Hors d’oeuvres station (selection of four).
Rehearsal dinner (two-hour private event) - Signature Cocktail – selected by the wedding couple - Appetizer station with a section of three options - Sumptuous buffet with a choice of variety of cuisine options - Dessert station offering a selection of two scrumptious options - Tables with white linens and white linen-covered chairs.
Preparation and ironing of the couple’s wedding day attire.
Sparkling wine and fresh fruit for the wedding couple and their parents in the suite, upon arrival (up to 3 rooms).
Complementary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability and upon request).
Ceremony
Symbolic ceremony.
Beach pergola or wedding gazebo drapery.

Other Inclusions
20% discount on all spa treatments for the wedding couple and their parents (up to 6people; Spa boutique purchases not included).
Complimentary access to the spa’s hydrotherapy areas for the wedding couple and their parents one day of stay (up to 6 guests, time and day of visit must be confirmed with the spa manager based on spa occupancy.
Complimentary return stay anniversary nights. When the wedding couple stays 5 or more paid nights over their first anniversary date, they’ll receive 2 additional nights free.
$100 in resort coupons per guest.

Policies
- Beyond Memorable package is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date at Dreams Resorts & Spas. The resort, at its discretion, can offer the Beyond Memorable package less than a year in advance of the wedding date.
- Prices and package inclusions subject to change without notice.
- Resort at its discretion may limit the number of guests allowed at rehearsal dinner.
- Discounts on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- This package is not combinable with Save Your Date program.
- This package is combinable with Inclusive Collection’s social groups program, Social Stays That Pay.
- The Beyond Memorable package is inclusive of up to 79 guests staying a cumulative of at least 75 paid room nights.
- Additional guests can be added for an additional cost. This cost is per person and varies by resort.
- The Beyond Memorable package is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of the wedding date.
- Wedding date and rooms are based on availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of booking.
- All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer.
- Upgrades, customizations, and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator.
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
- Once the wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months to the date of the wedding without a fee. This cancellation penalty fee is $750.
- If the wedding group guest size or room nights are not met by the time of the wedding, the promotion will no longer be applicable, and the couple will need to build the package a la carte or based off of the standard brand wedding packages, with additional costs per guest.
- Select resorts may offer plated menus rather than buffet option. Please confirm with resort upon time of booking.
- Additional fees may apply for legal or special ceremonies.
