Our Experience with the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya
Stepping in at this resort is quite an experience. Starting with the flamingo pond that welcomes you, to the dense tropical forest and the expansive beach, this complex is truly special.
There are so many beautiful areas and locations to celebrate weddings, all with tropical vibes and a Mexican feel, it almost guarantees your pics will be perfect! Our wedding groups and couples have always been satisfied with the facilities and the services here, and we can’t wait to continue working with this beautiful resort.

CONS
- The hotel is huge and there is a lot of walking between the rooms and the common areas. There are walking paths but they may not be ideal for mobility-challenged guests.
- Due to the layout of the complex, there are no beach views or oceanfront views from any room.
- Transportation between lobbies and main areas is offered, but when there are high occupancy levels you may need to walk around or wait for the next van available.

Grand Palladium Colonial
The Grand Palladium Colonial is centrally located, in close proximity to the beach, and decorated in a stunning Spanish colonial-style architecture, contrasting with the lush mangroves and open manicured gardens.
Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites are available with one or two double-size beds, hydromassage tubs, and balconies overlooking the mangroves. The suites offer extra space with a living room area with a sofa bed.
24 extra spacious Romance Villas provide private relaxation heaven, with added touches such as a hammock on the balcony and an outdoor shower. These villas are in close proximity to the main pool areas and are only available for couples and adults.
Grand Palladium Kantenah
Newly remodeled, Grand Palladium Kantenah features towering ceilings, marble floors, local stones, and decor that embody the richness of the local environment with a modern and minimalistic look.
Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites are ready to welcome adults and families, with one or two double-size beds and hydromassage tubs. Nature lovers will be pleased to admire the impressive garden views from every room.
