Sandals Wedding Packages: Tiers, Inclusions & Real Costs (2027-28)
If you’ve tried to compare Sandals wedding packages, you already know the problem: the brand markets one romantic idea, but the five packages, their guest-count tiers, and what each one actually includes get blurry fast. This guide lays it all out. Below are Sandals’ published 2027 prices for every wedding package tier, from the Two Love Birds elopement at $1,300 to the Epic package that tops out at $13,900 for 140 guests, followed by a package-by-package breakdown of the inclusions, so you can see exactly what each step up the ladder buys you. Good news first: Sandals charges the same package prices at every resort on every island, so the decision is about your guest count and the experience you want, not the map.
Want a shortcut? Book a free consultation and we’ll price your exact guest count, pick the right tier, and tell you honestly if another brand beats Sandals for your group.

Sandals weddings at a glance

- Signature venues: Overwater Wedding Chapels at six resorts, the Barefoot Cay offshore island at Sandals Royal Bahamian, and the Old Quarry Golf Course at Sandals Royal Curaçao
- Guests with kids? Sandals is adults-only; the sister brand Beaches (e.g. Beaches Negril) runs the same packages at the same prices for families
The five Sandals wedding packages: 2027 prices by group size
Sandals prices weddings the same way at every resort: a ladder of five named packages, each built for a group size. Two of them, Bliss and Epic, are tiered, so the price steps up as your guest count grows. Here is the full 2027 ladder from Sandals’ Aisle to Isle Planning and Pricing Guide:
| Package | Group size | 2027 price (USD) | Extra guests |
|---|---|---|---|
| ReTie the Knot (vow renewal) | Up to 10 people | $400 | N/A (choose another package for 11+) |
| Two Love Birds (elopement) | Couple only | $1,300 | N/A |
| Sweetheart | Up to 10 people | $1,000 | N/A (11+ moves you to Bliss) |
| Bliss Tier 1 | 11 to 20 people | $2,500 | Next tier at 21 |
| Bliss Tier 2 | 21 to 40 people | $3,400 | Next tier at 41 |
| Bliss Tier 3 | 41 to 50 people | $3,850 | $45 per adult beyond 50 |
| Epic Tier 1 | 51 to 70 people | $7,600 | Next tier at 71 |
| Epic Tier 2 | 71 to 98 people | $10,120 | Next tier at 99 |
| Epic Tier 3 | 99 to 140 people | $13,900 | $90 per adult beyond 140 |
An honest note before you anchor on a number: these are wedding package prices. Your rooms are booked separately, and that’s where a negotiated group rate for your wedding block earns its keep. You can also compare wedding packages across brands on our packages hub.
What every Sandals wedding package includes
Before we compare tiers, here is the floor. Every Aisle to Isle wedding and vow renewal package comes with:
- Wedding planning services (a wedding concierge before you travel, a planner for the details, and an onsite wedding team at the resort)
- Gift registry service and wedding website
- Preparation of documents for the marriage license
- Onsite vendor coordination, set-up, and breakdown
- A picturesque ceremony location (standard venues are free; a few signature venues carry a fee, listed below)
- Pre-recorded musical accompaniment
- Bridal bouquet and boutonniere, and white cushioned Chiavari chairs
- A private one-hour cocktail reception
- White fondant wedding cake with floral topper
- Honeymoon dinner in a resort specialty restaurant, the free Honeymoon Package (chilled sparkling wine, turn-down service, breakfast in bed), and one free anniversary night on a future 7-night Club or Butler stay
Because Sandals is all-inclusive, your guests’ stays already cover meals, premium drinks, water sports, tips, Wi-Fi, and roundtrip airport transfers. What changes from package to package is the size and richness of the celebration itself. That’s the comparison below.
Package by package: what each tier adds
Two Love Birds, $1,300: the elopement
Built for: the couple only, with a 3-night minimum stay in a single room. What you get: a Scents of Love couples massage, a bridal attendant, 10 digital images, a 24-stem rose bouquet with single-rose boutonniere, witnesses, the license-signing table, a private one-hour cocktail reception with chef-inspired hors d’oeuvres and sparkling wine, a two-tiered white fondant cake, a private four-course candlelight dinner with prosecco, plus the honeymoon dinner and Honeymoon Package. Why choose it: it’s the most flexible option (any resort, any date, any ceremony spot) and the only package that bundles a couples massage and a private candlelight dinner. It also works for vow renewals and, at Sandals Royal Curaçao only, symbolic ceremonies.
Sweetheart, $1,000: the inner circle (up to 10 people)
Built for: the couple plus up to 8 guests. What you get: a 5-stem white or magenta dendrobium orchid bouquet and matching boutonniere, a one-hour cocktail reception with cold hors d’oeuvres, a sparkling-wine toast, a signature cocktail and non-alcoholic drinks, a two-tiered orchid-topped fondant cake, 15% off select Red Lane Spa services for the couple, a $200 credit toward photo packages and another $200 toward videography, a $100 credit toward a candlelight dinner, scuba, SNUBA or a cabana, plus the honeymoon dinner and Honeymoon Package. Why choose it: it costs less than the elopement package because it swaps the massage and private dinner for a small guest list and credits you can put toward photos and video. The trade-off: no reception dinner is included, and the 10-person cap is firm: 11 guests moves you to Bliss.
Bliss, $2,500 to $3,850: the first real reception (11 to 50 people)
Built for: 11 to 50 guests, priced in three tiers ($2,500 for 11 to 20, $3,400 for 21 to 40, $3,850 for 41 to 50) with each additional adult beyond 50 at $45. What Bliss adds over Sweetheart: this is the biggest jump in the ladder. You get a private two-hour plated dinner reception with a premium bar, a private one-hour welcome cocktail party with heavy hors d’oeuvres and premium bar (a separate event from the post-ceremony cocktail reception, which itself upgrades to passed hors d’oeuvres and premium bar), a sound system with one speaker and one microphone, 20 digital images included, a 24-stem rose bouquet in your choice of six colors plus a 9-stem bouquet and boutonniere for one wedding-party member, and the 15% Red Lane Spa discount extended to your whole group. The $200 videography credit and $100 activity credit carry over. Why choose it: Bliss is the first tier that delivers a complete wedding day (ceremony, cocktails, seated dinner) rather than a ceremony plus a toast, which is why Sandals markets it as “50 people for $3,850.”
Epic, $7,600 to $13,900: the multi-event wedding weekend (51 to 140 people)
Built for: 51 to 140 guests, priced in three tiers ($7,600 for 51 to 70, $10,120 for 71 to 98, $13,900 for 99 to 140) with each additional adult beyond 140 at $90. What Epic adds over Bliss: a two-hour private pre-wedding celebration dinner (a rehearsal-dinner equivalent that can follow the welcome cocktail party or run the next day), a two-hour DJ at the reception, the reception dinner now offered as plated or buffet, a three-tiered cake instead of two, a sweetheart table for the couple, getting-ready treats with sparkling wine for the wedding party on the big day, rose bouquets and boutonnieres for two wedding-party members instead of one, and the credits jump to $500 toward the Royal Romance photography package and $500 toward the Ultimate videography package. Why choose it: Epic turns the wedding into a weekend of hosted events (welcome party, pre-wedding dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception with DJ). For a large group that is real money saved versus buying those events a la carte.
ReTie the Knot, $400: the vow renewal (up to 10 people)
Built for: married couples renewing their vows with up to 10 people, Monday to Thursday between 9am and 2pm (a twilight slot is available for an extra $600). What you get: a 3-stem orchid bouquet and boutonniere, a one-hour cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, sparkling-wine toast and signature cocktail, a single-tiered celebration cake, a 5×7 print, a keepsake gift, a commemorative certificate, the honeymoon dinner, and a mimosa breakfast in bed. Why choose it: the paperwork is just your passports and marriage certificate, and the ceremony can happen within 48 hours of arrival. Groups over 10 or outside the weekday window simply book one of the wedding packages instead.
Which Sandals package fits your guest count?
Because the tiers are set by headcount, the package usually picks itself. A few worked examples at 2027 prices:
- Just the two of you: Two Love Birds, $1,300 (or Sweetheart at $1,000 if you’d rather have the photo and video credits than the massage and private dinner).
- Couple plus 8 guests (10 people): Sweetheart, $1,000. Book 7 nights in a Club or Butler suite and marry on a weekday morning and it’s complimentary.
- 30 guests: Bliss Tier 2, $3,400, with a seated two-hour dinner and welcome party included.
- 55 guests: the one real decision point. You can stay on Bliss Tier 3 and add five adults ($3,850 + 5 × $45 = $4,075), or step up to Epic Tier 1 at $7,600 and gain the pre-wedding dinner, DJ, buffet option, and the bigger photo and video credits. We help couples run both numbers.
- 100 guests: Epic Tier 3, $13,900.
- 150 guests: Epic Tier 3 plus 10 extra adults, $13,900 + 10 × $90 = $14,800.
Can a Sandals wedding package be complimentary?
Yes, one of them, with conditions. The Sweetheart Wedding Package is complimentary when the couple books a 7-night stay or longer in a Club or Butler category and marries Monday through Thursday between 9am and 2pm. The complimentary Sweetheart package applies to a maximum of 10 people and does not apply to vow renewals. It is a genuine saving for a small wedding, but it should not drive the whole decision: if you’re bringing more than 10 people, Bliss or Epic is the package you’ll be buying either way.
For Bliss and Epic weddings, the perk is different: complimentary room credits on your group block rather than a free package. Couples traveling September 1 to December 20 earn one comp room credit per 6 paid rooms; from January 2 to August 31 it’s one per 10 paid rooms, up to 5 credits, valued at the lowest rate and shortest stay in the group. Blackout dates apply. That’s the number to negotiate on, and we do it for couples every week.
What Sandals wedding packages don’t include
The honest fine print we walk every couple through:
- Rooms are separate. The package covers the wedding; every guest books a stay (3-night minimum). Group room blocks earn the room comp credits above, so coordinate them early.
- Marriage license and administrative fees vary by island and are not in the package: Jamaica $250, Barbados $440, Saint Vincent $485, Saint Lucia $495, Antigua $500, Grenada $535, Bahamas $600, Curaçao $750 (a symbolic ceremony at Sandals Royal Curaçao is $400). The $250 non-refundable deposit that holds your date is applied to this fee.
- Timing surcharges. Friday and Saturday weddings carry a $250 surcharge; the Kiss Me at Twilight 5pm or 5:30pm slot is $600; documents received within 30 days of arrival incur a $150 late fee.
- Signature venues. Standard beach, garden, and gazebo settings are included. The Overwater Wedding Chapel is $750, the overwater gazebo at Grande Saint Lucian $450, the Frank Warren Chapel at Montego Bay $200, the Sky Terrace at Royal Barbados $750, Old Quarry Golf Course at Royal Curaçao $750, and the Offshore Island at Royal Bahamian $5,000.
- Extra guests beyond the tier. $45 per adult beyond 50 people on the Bliss package; $90 per adult beyond 140 people on the Epic package. Sweetheart and ReTie the Knot cap at 10.
- Off-site guests need a Wedding Event Pass (5 hours, roughly $150 to $310 per adult depending on the island) and are limited to 20% of your total guest count.
- Adults only. Sandals resorts don’t host children. If your list includes kids, run the same packages at the family-friendly sister brand Beaches (see our Beaches Negril venues page).
- Upgrades are the upsell. Photography beyond the credits, added florals, a candlelight dinner ($199), a sand ceremony ($100), private catamaran charters, and décor themes are add-ons. Sandals’ own packages page lists the current inclusions per tier; we cross-check them against your quote.
Not sure yet? Sandals offers a Test Drive Your Wedding stay: 2 or 3 discounted nights (from about $275 to $450 per couple per night depending on the resort) to meet the wedding and photography teams, taste the cake, and see the venues. Book a wedding group of 5 or more rooms afterward and the cost of the Test Drive is credited back.
Sandals weddings in Jamaica: the seven resorts

Jamaica is Sandals’ home island and its deepest bench: seven resorts across three areas, all an easy transfer from Montego Bay’s international airport, and the lowest marriage-license fee in the brand ($250). Three of them closed after Hurricane Melissa and are reopening after a $200 million renovation: Sandals South Coast on November 18, 2026, followed by Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Caribbean Cay (formerly Sandals Royal Caribbean) on December 18, 2026, with Sandals promoting free wedding services such as the $250 Jamaican license fee for those properties. If you’re weighing Jamaica beyond Sandals, our Jamaica wedding packages guide compares the whole island.
- Sandals Montego Bay: the original, minutes from the airport, with the Frank Warren Wedding Chapel, an Overwater Wedding Chapel, chapel lawn, Greek gazebo, and beachfront settings.
- Sandals Caribbean Cay (formerly Sandals Royal Caribbean): famous for its private offshore island, which doubles as a ceremony venue, plus garden and beach options.
- Sandals Negril: barefoot weddings on Negril’s Seven Mile Beach stretch: two beach settings, gazebos, and garden lawns.
- Sandals South Coast: the over-the-water showpiece on Jamaica’s untouched south shore, with an Overwater Wedding Chapel, Starlight Boardwalk and gazebo settings over the sea, plus a 2-mile beach.
- Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: the biggest venue variety in Ocho Rios, including an Over Water Chapel, a High Mountain Deck with jungle views, and the Riviera beach.
- Sandals Dunns River: the newest Jamaica build, with a trio of dramatic pavilions: Serenity Garden, Coyaba, and a Cascading Waterfall Pavilion.
- Sandals Royal Plantation: an intimate, all-butler boutique in Ocho Rios with pier and beach-gazebo ceremonies.
Saint Lucia, Curaçao, Saint Vincent & the rest

Outside Jamaica, three venues headline the brand. The Overwater Chapel at Sandals Grande Saint Lucian, glass-floored and ringed by the Caribbean on a calm Rodney Bay peninsula, is probably the single most requested Sandals wedding venue. Sandals Saint Vincent, the brand’s newest resort, pairs its own overwater chapel with rainforest-meets-sea scenery (see our Epic at Sandals Saint Vincent package page). Sandals Royal Curaçao brings Dutch-Caribbean color, ceremonies on the first hole of the Old Quarry Golf Course, and sunset lawns. It is also the only Sandals that hosts symbolic (non-legal) ceremonies.
The rest of the map: two Barbados resorts sharing a beach in lively St. Lawrence Gap (Royal Barbados adds the semi-private Sky Terrace), Grande Antigua’s garden gazebos on Dickenson Bay, Grenada’s Pink Gin Beach, Nassau’s Royal Bahamian with its Overwater Chapel and the Barefoot Cay offshore island a short boat ride away, and Saint Lucia’s two quieter options, Regency La Toc on its own bluff and the intimate Halcyon Beach. All run the same package ladder at the same prices, so the choice comes down to island, venue style, suite type (overwater bungalows, Rondoval suites, and the Kurason Island butler bungalows around a heart-shaped pool are the showstoppers), and the local license fee.
Sandals wedding packages: FAQ
How much does a Sandals wedding cost?
A Sandals wedding package costs $1,000 to $13,900 in 2027, per Sandals’ published pricing guide. The Sweetheart package is $1,000 for up to 10 people, Two Love Birds is $1,300 for the couple, Bliss runs $2,500 to $3,850 for 11 to 50 guests, and Epic runs $7,600 to $13,900 for 51 to 140 guests. Prices are the same at every Sandals resort. Rooms and the island’s marriage-license fee ($250 to $750) are booked and paid separately.
Is a Sandals wedding really free?
A Sandals wedding can be free, with conditions: the Sweetheart package is complimentary when the couple books a 7-night stay or longer in a Club or Butler category and marries Monday through Thursday between 9am and 2pm. It applies to a maximum of 10 people and not to vow renewals. Bliss and Epic packages are not free, but wedding groups earn complimentary room credits on their room block.
What is the difference between the Sandals Bliss and Epic packages?
Bliss (11 to 50 guests, $2,500 to $3,850) includes a welcome cocktail party, the ceremony, a cocktail hour, and a private two-hour plated dinner with premium bar. Epic (51 to 140 guests, $7,600 to $13,900) adds a two-hour pre-wedding celebration dinner, a two-hour DJ, a plated-or-buffet reception, a three-tiered cake, and $500 photography and $500 videography credits.
Which Sandals resorts have an overwater wedding chapel?
Six Sandals resorts list an Overwater Wedding Chapel in the 2027 pricing guide: Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, and Sandals Ochi in Jamaica, Sandals Grande Saint Lucian in Saint Lucia, Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, and Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The chapel carries a $750 venue fee on top of any package.
Can kids attend a Sandals wedding?
No. Sandals resorts are adults-only, so children can’t stay or attend on-property. Couples with kids on the guest list book the same packages at the same prices at Beaches, Sandals’ family-friendly sister brand, or choose a family all-inclusive elsewhere in the Caribbean; we plan both for free.
Which Sandals resort is best for a wedding?
Since every Sandals resort charges the same package prices, the best one depends on your priorities: Sandals Grande Saint Lucian for the glass-floored overwater chapel, Sandals South Coast for over-the-water ceremonies in Jamaica, Sandals Montego Bay for easy guest logistics near the airport and Jamaica’s low $250 license fee, and Sandals Royal Curaçao if you want a symbolic ceremony or a golf-course setting.

Comparing Sandals wedding packages well means comparing three things at once: the package tier your guest count lands in, the inclusions you’d actually use versus buy a la carte, and the room-block rates and comp credits for your group. We do that comparison for couples every week, we know these resorts personally, and resorts pay us, so you don’t. Schedule a call with our planners for live 2027 pricing, or get matched with the right resort first. And if you’re still deciding between islands, our Caribbean destination weddings guide is the wider map.
