The package price is the beginning of the math, not the end. Here’s the honest breakdown we walk every couple through.
1. The package. From the table above: free to $81,730 depending on size, brand, and tier.
2. Extra guests. Almost every package includes a set number of guests and charges a per-person rate above it, often $19 per person at the value end (Paradisus) for basic packages, rising into the $90-$150 range at premium tiers. Thirty guests over the included count at $100 each adds $3,000, which is why we match the tier to your real list before anything else.
3. The “free wedding” fine print. Free packages are real, but they are earned through room bookings: 25 room-nights at Hyatt Ziva, 35 at Royalton, seven nights in a qualifying suite at Secrets or Dreams. Miss the threshold and the package fee comes back (Royalton, for example, sells its otherwise-free package for $1,099 if you fall short). Keep in mind that most resorts don’t allow the complimentary wedding package value toward a higher package. At most resorts, note that 75%-80% of the group must stay on property to qualify.
